Egston has been designing and producing inductive components, cable sytems, switched mode power supplies and battery charger for 50 years. As a result of this wide spectrum of products and technical know-how, the company is able to offer customers complete subassemblies, as your one-stop source. The experienced design and development team, supported by professional project management, will carry out the product development process for the complete units.
 
The mechanical and electronic design is supported by CAD and Pro-Engineer, which means Egston can produce prototypes very rapidly to support the customer’s product development and authorization procedure in the best possible way.

Product development works closly with production automation at Egston to guarantee a smooth production start-up. Egston is in a position, with the automation team, to produce  tailor-made concepts and to put them into practice in the shortest possible time, in-house and on Egston’s own equipment.

The competence ranges from simple production cells, via assembly and test round tables through to fully automated production lines.

The subassembly range includes electronic units, electromechanical magnet subassemblics, thermally optimised power modules and complex cable harnesses with integrated sensors, actuators indicators units and attachments in plastic or metal.
