Enquiries from our customers are handled by our own team of technicians. Their tasks include: Feasibility testing, preparations prior to serial production, sample collections for customers, the provision of technical solutions to customer problems and cost calculation. Based on the volume and content of a customer enquiry, it is dealt with in accordance with our internal project management regulations.
Our specialist team will involve all relevant company departments in order to find solutions specially tailored to our customers’ requirements. Quality aspects are taken into account at the earliest opportunity, primarily by using FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) as well as sample and process analysis methods.
Bought-in parts are tested and authorized following clearly defined testing methods. We endeavour to collaborate with certified suppliers whom we foresee scope for sustained partnership and smooth ongoing qualification. Goods acceptance examinations are carried out while paying utmost attention to safety and, at the same time, keeping the time and costs involved down at an acceptable level.
All products are carefully checked with a final inspection. Basically at a level of 100%, but also with samples, statistical analysis and standardised quality control plans. Of course in accordance to the customer requirements. Usually dimension measurement, RCLQ-check, Hipot test, number of turns and ratio will be done. We also do surge tests and th partial discharge testing in house, particularly for initial samples and batch testing. All these tests will be recorded, periodicly analysed and are the basis of our CIP (continuous improvement process).
